  • Designing, developing and delivering courses/programs in the area of Strategy, Innovation, Design Thinking, Business Analytics, Yoga, and Entrepreneurship and contributing to the ocean of knowledge; addressing the issues/problems of business/society through teaching, research, consultancy and training
  • Providing a strategic direction to the institution through revisiting the strategic plans periodically and making necessary amendments to the plan in the light of new information and changes
  • Overseeing the complete administration of institution, achieving greater heights in terms of transforming the institution across all the frontiers including; Academic Rigor, Admissions, Placements, Research and Consultancy, Extension and Social Outreach, Alumni Relations, 360 degree grooming of the students, Branding, Ranking, Accreditation, Active Collaborations with the Industry and Academia (domestic and international), continuously enhancing the quality of education and students (in terms of quality of admissions), Placements (quality and quantity), Faculty Empowerment, Recruitment, Compliance, etc.
  • Mentoring personnel across all the fronts including; work allocation, training, problem solving; managing contracts; planning, approving & monitoring budgets; preparing interim status reports on all activities (long term as well as short term)
  • Liaising & collaborating with all the stakeholders (students, parents, alumni, affiliating and accrediting bodies, alumni, management, other institutions, industry/business partners, government departments, nodal bodies, regulators and the community) to build an environment that maximizes student learning, academic and research performance, Institutional growth and of course the contribution towards the societal transformation.
  • Managing budgets, advising the Board of Management on academic & administrative matters (long term and short term)& ensuring that intended goals and objectives are met keeping the vision and mission of the Institution as a guiding force
  • Providing leadership to the entire Institution including teaching and administrative staff through monitoring their accomplishments and ensuring that the desired progression of them are being achieved
