  • Coordinated the Foundation Day Celebrations - 2017 of the Institution on 16.09.2017. We honoured Mr. Mahesh Bhirangi, MD, Pragati Engineering Belgaum Private Limited, with the title ‘Entrepreneur of the year-2017’. Mr. Suhas Gopinath, Youngest CEO of the world was the chief guest.
  • Organized one day FDP on ‘Teaching-Learning-Evaluation Excellence” on 22.09.2017. Prof. L.S.Ganesh, Professor, Department of Management Studies, IIT, Chennai and I were the resource persons. Fifty plus faculty participated in the FDP.
  • Organized one-day seminar on ‘Social Entrepreneurship Education and CSR’ in association with IIT, Chennai under the aegis of UKISEEN (United Kingdom India Social Entrepreneurship Education network) on 23.09.2017. Prof. Satyajit Majumdar, Prof., TISS, Mumbai; Prof. L.S.Ganesh, Prof., IIT, Chennai; Sri. R.S.Balu, CSR Head, Aditya Birla NUVO Ltd.,; Sri. Jayant Humbarwadi, JMD, Ashoka Iron Works, Belgaum; Dr. Neelam Maheshwari, Director, Deshpande Foundation were the resource people. Forty plus participants from the Industry and Academia including UKISEEN members participated.
  • Organized two days’ workshop on “Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis in Research using SPSS” with the assistance of AIMS during February 27-28, 2017. Thirty plus faculty participated in the workshop.
  • Organized one-day workshop for ‘AVISHKAAR’- an NGO of women entrepreneurs on “Developing Marketing Strategies for small businesses” on 03.12.2016. Forty plus women entrepreneurs participated.
  • Delivered two day workshop on ‘Writing research papers and drafting proposals in Social Sciences’ on 29-30 March, 2016 along with Dr. P.M.Charantimath and Prof. S.G.Chiniwar for the research scholars and faculty at MES College of Arts and Commerce, Goa. Fifty plus faculty and research scholars participated in the workshop

Around 200 plus delegates from ten plus countries registered for the conference and 108 delegates from eight countries presented their papers at the conference
